Produced for us by Mike Lindsell & Family of Salix Farm, Great Sampford, Essex who have been farming free-range turkeys since 1955.

Buying a Salix Farm Turkey ensures your Christmas dinner will contain the most succulent and flavoursome meat available.

And for the smaller family, a Turkey Breast Joint, plain or stuffed.

CHICKENS

Suffolk/Essex chickens are available up to 12lb offering a different flavour and texture to the traditional turkey.

GEESE

Our geese are free-range, grown on farms in East Anglia, reared slowly to produce a superb flavour.

DUCKS

FESTIVE SPECIAL 

For that very special occasion we can prepare for you a 3 or 5 bird roast (with or without stuffing) - prices start from £50.00.

BEEF

Prime Scotch English Beef, hand-selected and matured on the bone for a minimum of 3 weeks.

Forerib, Carvery cut Ribs, Sirloin, Boneless Rib eye, Topside and Fillets or, for something different, how about a succulent Rump joint?

BLYTHBURGH & PLANTATION PIGS

Totally free-range Pork. Born and reared in Suffolk in the natural way to give a traditional flavour and succulence.

LAMB

Sussex South Down and Scottish Lambs are at their best at this time of year, whether you require a Leg, Saddle, Crown or Guard of Honour we can cut and prepare to your exact requirements.

GAME & VENISON

A full selection is available. Grouse, a plentiful supply of Pheasant, Partridge, Wild Duck & Hare, plus all cuts of venison.

Twice-weekly deliveries from North Yorkshire allow us to purchase Game & Venison from a wide range of estates in Scotland and the North of England.

HAM & BACON

English Bacon from the county of Wiltshire, both smoked and unsmoked.

Why not let us prepare and cook for you an old fashioned tasty Ham? A choice of Smoked, Unsmoked or Honey Roast, bone in or boneless, whole or by the lb weight.

DON'T FORGET

We also have a choice of Salt Meats including Brisket, Silverside of Beef or Salt Tongue.

All prepared on the premises!

A wide and varied selection of Quality Fresh Fruit Vegetables & Salads from around the world, all purchased daily to ensure perfect freshness and flavour.

Katie's can offer the same top quality vegetables freshly prepared to order: peeled, washed and vac-packed, ready to cook at home to make that special meal just a little easier.

Together with a choice of English & Continental Cheeses, Smoked Salmon, Free-range Eggs, freshly-squeezed Orange Juice, "Priors Hall Farm" Home-cooked Hams and other Cooked Meats all prepared on their premises in the traditional way!
